The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) is a Sarkari Yojana scheme initiated by the Government of India. It’s main objective is to provide affordable housing for the low and moderate income residents of the country. The GOI has set a target of building 20 million houses by March 2022. It cover both; poor people from rural and urban areas. It is administered by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Areas. PM Awas Yojana Gramin List 2024:-
The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin List 2024 has been uploaded on official website at https://pmaymis.gov.in. As of now, ₹8.07 lakh crore total investment have been made for the scheme. Beneficiaries will get assistance for house building. A beneficiary family must comprise husband, wife and unmarried children. Beneficiary family shall not own a pucca house (an all weather dwelling unit) either in his/ her name or in the name of any member of his/ her family in any part of India.
